To help with this, we’ve created Hilti Smart, our new shipping subscription service which provides the benefit of unlimited delivery based on your selected subscription tier.
We offer four subscription options based on your desired shipping speed and location of delivery. It’s easy to get started. Simply choose which of our subscription options meet your needs and enjoy the benefits immediately upon signing up. If you find that you no longer need the service, you can cancel at any time.

Hilti Smart is a subscription program dedicated to all customers who want to work with Hilti every day with the utmost simplicity. If you frequently purchase Hilti products and services, with one of Hilti Smart's subscriptions you will get unlimited deliveries for a fixed monthly or yearly cost.
We offer two subscription options: Starter and Standard
We heard your feedback and want to make our freight services easier and clearer. A freight subscription service brings flexibility and reduces the surprise of freight rates.
Hilti Smart is for all customers. You can join without any restrictions and choose the subscription that best suits your needs.

The subscription applies to all construction sites on your account. You will receive a monthly invoice on the 1st working day of the month, for example, the invoice for Oct 1st covers your Hilti Smart service for all of October.
No, Direct Debit is not required to access this service.
Hilti Smart is a monthly or yearly subscription that is auto renewed.
Of course! Please contact Customer Services if you need to change your subscription plan. The change will be applied the following month. For example, if you email us on Oct 15th to change a monthly plan, it will take effect from November. This means your next invoice on Nov 1st will have the price of the new plan.
Please contact Customer Services to cancel your subscription plan. The change will be applied from following month. For example, if you email us on Oct 15th to cancel Hilti Smart monthly, this will be in effect from November. Your last invoice was from Oct 1st and there will no invoice in November.
No refund is given as the monthly or yearly invoice is an advanced payment.
