It's simple, transparent and flexible. What's more, you can access this service using any digital device, and of course our customer service team and your local Hilti sales team will be happy to answer any questions by phone, e-mail or onsite.
You can access the newly designed tool overview via the “Tool management” menu option in your digital customer account. It displays all the information you need about the current status of your Hilti tools. You can book individual services for a tool and use the filter and search option to make it easy to find the tool you are looking for. Another new feature of the overview is the column display, which you can adjust to your match your preferences with just a few clicks. On top of all that, you can also export an overview of your entire Hilti tool fleet giving you full transparency on your PC, tablet or smartphone.
You can now arrange for your tool to be repaired directly via our website. Simply enter all the required information and we'll take care of the rest. In the same tab, you can also request a replacement tool.
We have a repair turnaround time of just 3 days but if you want to keep an eye on when your tool will be ready, the repair tracking service gives you 24/7 access to the processing status and delivery status of your current repair orders. It also provides you with details of all completed tool repairs. You can find the repair service under “Repair tracking” in your online tool management, where we also provide you with information about possible alternatives. If a repair needs to be carried out, you can immediately submit the order online. What's more, if you make the repair order online, you will receive delivery of your repaired tool even quicker than usual.
At Hilti we’ll repair your Hilti tool within 5 days or repair it free of charge. As part of the service we’ll clean it for you too!
We’ll even pick it up at your jobsite and return it to you onsite as well. Just contact us by phone or online and we’ll do the rest. Every Hilti tool is registered, so there’s no proof of purchase required.

Is your current Fleet Management tool due to expire? Do you want the latest innovations from Hilti? You can now renew your expired Fleet Management tools through the Hilti website, quickly and efficiently. Simply specify your collection and delivery dates and locations and we'll take care of the rest.
If your Fleet Management tool labels are damaged or lost, you can reorder new ones through the Hilti website. Simply click Reorder Fleet Labels and enter any required information. Best of all, this service is free of charge to all Fleet Management customers!
Keep track of the tool costs for your business units via your Hilti customer account, you can simply assign each of your Hilti tools to the correct cost centre. You can find this service under digital tool management. You can define your own cost centres and assign each of your Hilti tools accordingly.
Report Fleet tools lost or stolen
You can report stolen or lost tools directly online under the "Your tool management" menu option and clicking on “Report tools lost or stolen”.
